Module Evaluation
I feel this module was very important to my development as a student and
a designer. I learnt things that I did not know before being on this course
and it is helped me thoroughly in my design practice both at university and
at home.
Out of the 2 briefs Brief 2 was my favourite I learnt so much about books
and publication and I could see myself possibly doing this in the future
I enjoyed learning new and different binds and having the option to chose my
content for a book alongside experimenting with different print media and
stock. I would defiantly do this brief again if given the chance.
If i could change anything on my final outcome for brief too it would be the
insert page I want this to be bound in the book and its not and I think this
lets it down. I would defiantly re-do this if given the chance in the future.
The workload of this module was reasonable I am starting to get used to
the workload and this is relevantly smaller then most other modules such
as Studio Practice. So far brief 2 is my favourite of all the briefs given in
the year.
Have I fulfilled my potential? Yes I think I have I've really tried my hardest
on this and I think this is because I have enjoyed doing it so much.
Overall I enjoyed this module and have put my upmost effort into it and
I am very proud of the outcome.
